Date-sensitive and policy-sensitive claims should be grounded in the organization responsible for the exam or decision.

• Acuity Insights is the primary source for current CASPer format, policies, dates, and distribution rules.
• The AAMC is the primary source for current PREview format, scores, dates, registration, and participating-school information.
• Individual program websites are the primary source for program-specific admissions requirements.
• PrepTrack product pages are the source for current PrepTrack features, access, and pricing.

Public articles are checked for metadata completeness, heading structure, readable tables, internal-link integrity, and unsupported high-risk claims. Separate quality checks are used to flag excessive keyword repetition, duplicated resource sections, and links that do not resolve to the intended PrepTrack page.

Automated checks support consistency, but they do not turn an estimate or interpretation into an official fact. Where an official answer is available, the responsible testing organization or school takes priority.

Pages about testing calendars, registration, score timing, fees, schools, accommodations, and technical requirements may change between application cycles. PrepTrack updates these pages when newer official information is identified and records substantive updates in article metadata.
