- The sentence, table row, or claim that may need updating
- A link to the current official Acuity, AAMC, or program source
- The date you accessed that source

PrepTrack cannot change official registrations, accommodations, score reports, testing appointments, or school requirements. Contact Acuity Insights, the AAMC, or the relevant admissions program directly for those matters.
